Today I went to my favorite restaurant here in Çanakkale, Turkey, to ask if they would learn me how to make traditional Gözleme, Pişi, Döner, Adana Kebab etc. A great experience and the best way to learn more about their complex and old food culture. Turkish people are always curious, they are joking and smiling. Enjoying their life.
