Sviatlana Visits Denmark

Sviatlana and I at the burning hot beach in august 2012
Where: Aqaba, Jordan

After returning to Denmark I received an e-mail from belarusian/american Sviatlana (the woman with whom I traveled Jordan and Lebanon after finishing by bicycle trip from Denmark to Turkey..) asking if she could visit me in Denmark.
I love the opportunity to show foreigners around my home country which I am very proud of. I believe it has something to do with the fact that I am always the guest when traveling.

We spent some three days exploring some historical sites of Denmark and the rest of the time we just talked a lot, laughed and ate excellent food.

We went enjoying some delicious tapas (parma ham, choritzo, olives, goat cheese, pesto, hummus, baguettes etc.) the very first day of her visit.

Vietnamese fresh rice rolls with glass noodles, scrimps, avocado, pepper, finely sliced carrots and chili sauce. Some of them rolled in roasted sesame seeds. Mmm.
